The FFCA Board of Directors plays an integral role in the continued success and future of FFCA.
The Board is a governance board and it is ultimately responsible for providing oversight of FFCA's education system to ensure it is operating in the best interests of its student base. This includes decisions about FFCA's finances, infrastructure and other strategic priorities. Successful governance is as much attitude as it is action, though both are essential. Success depends on the right mix of skills, chemistry, and personal motivation. It depends on a common commitment to a cause – the organization's mission, vision and shared beliefs. The Board also operates with a high degree of trust, collaboration, and teamwork within the Board, and between the Board and Administration.
BOARD COMPOSITION:
The Society has a volunteer Board of Directors, as defined in ARTICLE 3.2 of its Bylaws.
