We are pleased to inform you that Katie Pryde will join the NHS Admin team as an Associate Principal, replacing Michelle Newell, who will be moving on to South High School as the Principal Educator.
Katie began her journey with us on August 27, 2012, as a Grade 9 Math teacher. Over the past 13 years, she has taught mathematics across all grade levels at NHS, consistently demonstrating her passion for education and her commitment to student success. Katie holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Hartwick College, New York, USA and a Master's degree in Education Theory and Practice with a Specialization in Mathematics from the University of Albany, New York, USA.
Katie shares the following thoughts on joining FFCA and taking on this role: “The NHS has been my professional home since 2012, and I am truly excited to step into the role of Associate Principal and join our exceptional leadership team. I look forward to learning from Jesse Classen and Sue Boyd, while continuing to work with and support the incredible staff, students, and families of North High School. FFCA is a unique and inspiring organization, and I am committed to helping our community continue to grow and thrive.”
