Foundations for the Future Charter Academy (FFCA) is pleased to announce the appointment of Michelle Deleau as Associate Principal at the Southeast Elementary Campus, effective August 2026.
Michelle joined FFCA as a teacher in 2003 and has been a valued member of the Southeast Elementary Campus community for many years. From 2005 to 2019, she served as Associate Principal at SEE, demonstrating strong leadership and a deep commitment to student success. Over the past six years, she has been teaching Grade 2, continuing to support students and families in meaningful ways.
Michelle holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology from the University of Manitoba, an After Degree in Education from Brandon University, and a Master’s in Educational Leadership from the University of Calgary.
Reflecting on her appointment, Michelle shared, “It is with great honour and privilege that I am returning to a leadership role within our dedicated and caring school community. I am excited to take on this new role and to contribute to the continued success of our school. I look forward to working alongside staff, students, and families to build on the strong foundation already in place, and to support a positive learning environment for all.”
